Before You Arrive
The house is child-friendly, but young children should always be supervised in the garden, around the pool, Jacuzzi, inside the house, and by the sea, which is directly in front of the villa.
Although the area is quite sparsely populated with no direct neighbors and the beach is generally very quiet, a few people may occasionally walk along the shoreline in front of the property, mostly coming from the other side of the beach. We kindly ask you to be aware of this while enjoying your privacy.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.
